Refunds
Please note before ordering no refunds are issued on personalised goods with initials/names on them. If your product has a fault we will exchange/replace but we are unable to refund any personalised goods due to any reason. Once your order is placed for a personalised item it cannot be cancelled due to it being personalised.

For non personalised items including parka jackets, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Additional Information:
- A replacement product may take up to 30 days to source and ship
- Any goods that are returned and that are no longer of merchantable quality will not be refunded or exchanged.
